OLD TOM MORRIS (Scotland)

Old Tom Morris, nicknamed 'Old Tom' is the most respected figure in Scottish golfing history and hailed as the ‘Grand Old Man’ or 'Father' of Golf. 'Old Tom' was born in Scotland on June 16, 1821. He won four British Open Championships in his time. His skills were passed down to his son Tom Morris Jnr who matched his father’s record also winning the British Open Championship four times. 'Old Tom' passed away on May 24, 1908.

HARRY VARDON (England)

Harry Vardon was born on May 09, 1870 in the Channel Islands, he was golf’s first superstar and renowned for his solid ball striking abilities.
